Detailedness

An interesting read on techcrunch … Recently, while chatting with my partners, i realized how much i luv startup cultures, the freedom to roam, explore and grow… Certainly one that my partner, lydia enjoys now.

Given the rate of expansion for company like facebook and google, they are no longer just evolving startup but giant enterprises in their own rights. Their founders are certainly great visionaries, but the really tough thing is building a culture where employees and management carries the same “DNA”. And it takes more than just a slogan “Working for google is not just about money”…. Apple, Microsoft and Cisco fall in the established category. However, with Steve Jobs leaving, you wonder, will it be back to the early 90s, where innovation gets suffocates without Jobs’s visionary and this remarkable eye for details.

“Detailedness set apart great design and good design.”

This is what really set Ps kong apart, he has a remarkable eye for details… Many times it amazes me, how he can look into every details..I would classify that as extraordinary-C … but it is important, so that the church carries the “DNA” of the church he has built.

I did a few bio modules back in UNI, DNA is very specific, every detail count in his makeup. So what I am getting at…

“God is very detailed!”

Thus, it is about time that I should work on detailedness.
