After month of searching. I bought my Nike+ Gears.

• Nike Ipod Sport Kit for my under-utilized nano
• IPod Vapour, earphone for nanon
• Nike Armband from US…. but haiz…no window for the screen..tempted to cut
• Nike Adapter

I must say it is very fun to run with music in your ears… keep your mind away from the job while keeping your tempo. this week i already did 3 runs… each is 2.4 km..but strangely each time the nano registered 3.6 km… i need to go calibrate when i got time to run on a running track..  I give myself 2 challenges

• I sign up for walk to run training on Nike.com..so eventually my target is to do 5km regularly
• i set myself a target to run 30km in the month of july
